Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing the highest level of customer care. We guarantee all of our products to be free of manufacturer defects. We carefully inspect each piece of apparel before we ship them out.
We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We will email a return shipping label to any customer wishing to return their order. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is delivered back to our factory. To process a return, please email info@rollingotter.com.
Please note, we will not resell your return, but we have developed many uses for unwanted apparel items over the years and we do not like to let things go to waste.
